Position Overview

As a Digital Marketing Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of diverse digital projects. This includes managing site launches, web applications, advertising campaigns, and online tools, ensuring they meet quality, timeline, and budget goals.

You’ll collaborate with marketers, developers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to bring digital visions to life.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end digital project management

• Scope project requirements and create budgets

• Develop and monitor detailed project plans

• Coordinate with internal teams to design, develop, and implement projects

• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs

• Prepare documentation: risk logs, requirement specs, etc.

• Monitor and report on Google Analytics and other digital metrics

• Communicate project goals, updates, and risks to the team

• Identify, report, and proactively resolve potential issues

• Recommend improvements and propose new project opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager

• Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, At Task)

• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS)

• Understanding of HTML/CSS, SEO, Google Analytics

• Awareness of User Experience (UE) best practices is a plus

• Technical aptitude to address compatibility and accessibility issues

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

• Effective communicator and team leader

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field

• Certifications in relevant disciplines are a plus
