Position Summary

We are seeking an End User Computing (EUC) Engineer with deep technical expertise and a proactive mindset. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, experience working under pressure, and a focus on performance, scalability, and compliance. This position requires ownership of platform architecture and the ability to support and improve EUC environments across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, implement, and maintain EUC environments with a focus on:

  • Operating System Images (Windows, MacOS)

  • Endpoint Management Tools (Tanium, Intune, JAMF, etc.)

  • Collaboration Tools (Zoom, Teams, Exchange, Snap, Box, Bomgar, DTEN)

• Application packaging for deployment across multiple UEM platforms.

• Patch development, deployment, and compliance validation.

• Incident Response, Change Management, Configuration Management (ITIL-based).

• Document and deliver user training and platform materials.

• Serve as the technical point of contact for various business units.

• Write and maintain scripts using PowerShell, Command Shell, or VBScript.

• Represent platform changes in front of the Change Advisory Board (CAB).

Skills & Experience Required

• 8+ years of experience in Endpoint Configuration Management across global enterprise environments.

• Expertise in UEM platforms (Tanium, Intune, JAMF).

• Advanced knowledge of Windows and MacOS ecosystems, including software distribution and patching.

• Hands-on experience with VDI environments (AWS Workspaces, VMware, Windows Cloud VDI).

• Proficient in scripting and automation (PowerShell, VBScript, Shell).

• Knowledge of:

  • Active Directory (GPO, integration, analytics)

  • Firewall rules and endpoint security troubleshooting

  • OS deployment tools (MDT, Sysprep, WinPE, WIM)

• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including interaction with leadership.

• Experience working with Digital Employee Experience platforms is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications / Certifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or 10+ years of relevant experience).

• Certifications such as MSCE, MCITS, MCSD, JAMF, or Tanium.
