Role: Salesforce Principal Developer / Engineer
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: Long Term
Work Hours: EST (Eastern Standard Time)
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Location: 100% Remote

Must Have Qualifications:

• Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 7+ years of Salesforce development experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Certified Salesforce Application Architect and System Architect.
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I and II.
• Advanced flow and Apex experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Excellent relationship-building skills and a proactive attitude to platform enhancements.
• Experience in change management and governance.
• Ability to translate technical information into layman's terms and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven experience in finding elegant solutions to complex problems and driving growth initiatives.
