Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to support day-to-day financial operations of our aesthetic clinic. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, managing billing and inventory, and ensuring timely reporting. This role requires basic accounting knowledge, familiarity with GST and TDS, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily transactions including sales, expenses, and petty cash.
• Prepare and maintain bills, invoices, and patient payment records.
• Track and reconcile clinic collections (cash, UPI, card, and online payments).
• Handle vendor payments and maintain purchase records.
• Monitor inventory stock of consumables and coordinate with front desk and purchase teams.
• Prepare reports for management including sales summaries, outstanding dues, and month-end financials.
• Assist in GST filing, TDS calculations, and coordination with external CA.
• Maintain documentation and organize records for audits and compliance.
• Support payroll processing and attendance coordination if required.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting or billing (experience in healthcare/aesthetic industry preferred).
• Knowledge of accounting software (Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or similar).
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and reconciliation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
• Good communication skills for coordination with internal teams and vendors.

Preferred Candidate Traits:

• Experience working in clinics or service industries.
• Familiarity with medical consumables, procedure codes, or clinic operations is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the finance team.

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Working Hours: 9 hours shift (9:00 am to 6:00 pm)
