Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced US Tax Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing Individual and Business Tax Returns, particularly Form 1040 and 1120, along with a solid background in US accounting and bookkeeping practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and filing of US Individual (Form 1040) and Business (Form 1120) tax returns
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of tax documents in compliance with IRS regulations
• Perform bookkeeping tasks including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Manage day-to-day accounting processes for US-based clients
• Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for accurate data management and reporting
• Communicate with clients regarding tax-related matters and documentation requirements
• Stay updated with the latest US tax laws and compliance requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Tax Preparer for US Individual and Business Tax (1040, 1120)
• Strong knowledge of US accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Immediate availability to join the team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience working with CPA firms or US-based clients
