Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing Intern to join our marketing department. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in marketing strategies and creative execution, preparing them for a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Support: Assist in the creation and execution of marketing and social media campaigns, including content ideation and planning.
• Marketing Strategy: Develop strategies to improve brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Digital Marketing: Support the implementation of email, social media, and paid advertising campaigns.
• Market Research: Conduct research and analyze competitor marketing strategies.
• Website and Social Media Management: Help update the company's website and manage online platforms.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Content Development: Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging marketing content.
• Presentation and Report Preparation: Assist in preparing reports, promotional materials, and presentations.
• Administrative Tasks: Ensure smooth coordination and functionality of the department's activities.

Requirements:

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Skills and Attributes:
  • Strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
  • Solid understanding of various marketing strategies and best practices.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva is a bonus.
