Job Type:

Full-time

Pay:

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Schedule:

• Rotational Shift

• Includes Night Shift (for international client coordination)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for clients.

• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.

• Analyze KPIs and deliver performance reports.

• Execute strategic optimizations across keywords, audience targeting, and placements.

• Ensure compliance with Google Ads policies.

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key account YouTubers and strategic partners.

• Upload relevant data to the website as part of campaign setup.

• Provide expert support on YouTube Ads, including campaign structure and targeting.

• Stay updated with the latest features, trends, and best practices on the platform.

• Work closely with clients to meet their goals and expectations.

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience with Google Ads (Preferred)

• 1+ year experience with YouTube Ads (Preferred)

• Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics and optimization techniques

• Up-to-date with Google Ads features and compliance policies

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
