Position: Social Media Marketing Executive

Location: Ramgarh, Gurugram, Haryana (In-person)
Pay: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Executive to develop and implement effective social media strategies that strengthen our online presence, drive engagement, and deliver maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities

???? Strategy & Planning:

• Assist in formulating strategies to build a lasting digital connection across all social media platforms.

• Plan and monitor the ongoing social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).

• Launch and optimize online advertisements to increase brand awareness and deliver maximum ROI.

• Stay updated with online marketing trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

✍️ Content Creation & Management:

• Write engaging content for social media posts and creatives on a regular basis.

• Collaborate with designers to improve and enhance creatives.

• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and assist with website updates.

• Execute campaign ideas for all social media platforms and ensure measurable results.

???? SEO & Analytics:

• Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword optimization, image optimization, video optimization).

• Measure performance of digital marketing activities using Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends).

• Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.

???? Community Engagement:

• Engage in forums, groups, and online communities to enhance brand visibility.

• Manage and respond to audience engagement on all social media platforms.

Qualifications & Experience

✅ Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing (Preferred).
✅ Skills:

• Strong editing skills for social media posts/videos using different applications.

• Knowledge of SEO practices and online marketing tools.

• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
  ✅ Location Requirement:

• Must be able to commute or relocate to M3M Urbana, Sec 67, Gurgaon.
