• Implement the latest and most cost-effective processing methods.

• Monitor raw material production quality and maintain proper records.

• Define and lay down specifications for raw materials.

• Represent the company at various corporate events and technical presentations.

• Market construction chemicals both domestically and internationally according to set targets.

• Oversee quality control testing procedures at various sites as needed.

• Visit sites, guide customers, and provide solutions tailored to their needs.

• Conduct and supervise product trials at customer sites.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, applicators, and contractors.

• Provide regular feedback to management on trial results and product performance.

• Offer training to junior team members and evaluate their performance.

• Provide technical support to the sales and marketing teams.
