Job Title: YouTube Marketing Specialist

Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month
Shift & Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday

Job Responsibilities:

✔ Channel Strategy Development – Define and implement long-term goals, go-to-market strategies, and key performance indicators for YouTube’s search engine optimization.
✔ Content Management – Oversee channel content, including live-stream events, digital media assets, social media campaigns, and paid/organic media.
✔ Content Creation & Promotion – Develop and maintain engaging video content to enhance brand visibility.
✔ Community Management – Build and manage the channel community, including moderators, marketing managers, and content partners.
✔ Policy & Compliance – Enforce channel policies and guidelines to ensure a safe and compliant online environment.
✔ Operational Management – Handle staffing, facilities, and equipment needs for seamless channel operations.
✔ Marketing Strategy Execution – Implement paid and organic marketing tactics across search, social media, and display advertising.
✔ Communication & Outreach – Manage social media presence, blogs, and other communication channels.
✔ Business Analytics & Optimization – Monitor channel performance, analytics, and reporting to enhance growth strategies.
✔ Budget Management – Develop and oversee the channel’s financial planning and execution.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

???? Education: Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, E-Commerce, or a related field.
???? Experience: Minimum 1 year in YouTube marketing & promotions.
???? Technical Skills:
    ✔ Expertise in social media marketing (paid & organic).
    ✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
???? Soft Skills:
    ✔ Strong verbal & written communication skills.
    ✔ A creative eye for design and video content.
    ✔ Excellent time management and project execution abilities.
    ✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Additional Information:

✔ Work Mode: On-site (Dehradun, Uttarakhand)
✔ Relocation: Candidates must be able to reliably commute or relocate before joining.
