Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai, Maharashtra
Job Type: Full-time | Fresher
Pay: ₹10,395.25 – ₹31,699.23 per month
Shift: Night shift (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Sat–Sun fixed off)
Expected Start Date: 01/04/2025
Gender Preference: Female candidates only (Western Line preferred)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 (Base)

Qualifications:

• Education: Any Graduate

• Experience: Fresher or up to 6 months of experience

• Language: English (Required)

Key Skills:

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills

• Basic to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Understanding of Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles

• Ability to extract and analyze data

• Confidence in communicating with international clients

• Adaptable to client requirements and time zones

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients

• Prepare and present weekly activity reports to the team leader

• Learn and adapt quickly to the processes

• Ensure accurate financial data entry and reconciliation

• Maintain professionalism while representing the company

• Handle responsibilities reliably during night shift work

This role is specifically for female candidates residing on Mumbai’s Western Line, who are fully committed to working night shifts.
