We are looking for a tech-savvy and detail-oriented AI Automation Engineer to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone passionate about AI, automation, and workflow optimization. As an AI Automation Engineer, you’ll work with low-code/no-code automation tools, APIs, and AI models to design smart workflows that streamline business operations and enhance overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• AI-Powered Automation:
  Design and develop AI-powered automation workflows using tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make (Integromat), UiPath, or custom scripting.

• AI Model Integration:
  Integrate AI models (e.g., GPT, NLP, computer vision) into automation processes to improve efficiency.

• Task Automation:
  Automate repetitive tasks across various platforms such as CRM, email, cloud storage, and databases.

• API and Webhook Integration:
  Work with APIs, webhooks, and AI services to enhance workflow efficiency and optimize performance.

• Monitoring & Troubleshooting:
  Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation workflows to ensure they perform reliably.

• Documentation & Best Practices:
  Document processes, create best-practice guidelines, and provide technical support for automation solutions.

• Collaboration:
  Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement automation opportunities across the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Educational Requirements:
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience with Automation Tools:
  Hands-on experience with popular automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make (Integromat), UiPath, Power Automate, etc.

• Programming Knowledge:
  Basic programming skills in languages like Python, JavaScript, or similar for custom automation and scripting.

• API & Webhook Integration:
  Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.

• Familiarity with AI/ML Models:
  Knowledge of AI/ML models and their practical applications in automation.

• Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills:
  Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills to troubleshoot and optimize workflows.

• Team Collaboration:
  Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills

• RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Experience:
  Experience in developing workflows using RPA tools.

• Cloud Platform Knowledge:
  Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

• Database Management & SQL:
  Exposure to database management and knowledge of SQL.
