We are seeking a tech-savvy and detail-oriented AI Automation Engineer for an entry-level role. This position is perfect for someone passionate about AI, automation, and optimizing workflows. You will work with low-code/no-code automation tools, APIs, and AI models to create smart workflows that streamline business operations and enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Develop Automation Workflows: Use tools like n8n, Zapier, Make (Integromat), UiPath, or custom scripting to create AI-powered workflows.

• Integrate AI Models: Incorporate models like GPT, NLP, and computer vision into automation processes.

• Automate Repetitive Tasks: Automate tasks across platforms such as CRM, email, cloud storage, and databases.

• Work with APIs & Webhooks: Integrate APIs and AI services to optimize workflow efficiency.

• Monitor & Troubleshoot: Ensure performance and reliability by monitoring and optimizing automation workflows.

• Documentation & Support: Create process documentation, best-practice guidelines, and provide technical support for automation solutions.

• Collaborate with Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement automation opportunities.

???? Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Automation Tools: Hands-on experience with tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, UiPath, Power Automate, etc.

• Programming: Basic knowledge of programming languages like Python, JavaScript, or similar for custom automation and scripting.

• API & Webhooks: Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.

• AI/ML Models: Familiarity with AI/ML models and their use in automation processes.

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

• Independent & Collaborative: Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills

• RPA Experience: Exposure to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or AI-based workflow development.

• Cloud Platforms: Knowledge of AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

• Database Management: Familiarity with SQL and database management.
