Position Overview

As an Audio-Visual (AV) and Unified Communication (UC) Solution Architect, you will collaborate with the sales team to develop customized, client-focused AV/UC solutions. Your role will be pivotal in designing technical architectures, leading solution presentations, and ensuring the successful implementation of projects for top-tier enterprise and mid-market customers across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to gather client requirements and design AV/UC solutions

• Develop system architectures, technical proposals, and detailed Bill of Materials (BOMs)

• Conduct site surveys to evaluate technical feasibility

• Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to clients

• Design complete AV/UC systems including schematics, layouts, and integration plans

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices

• Serve as a technical advisor in customer meetings and discussions

• Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure smooth delivery

• Stay updated on latest AV/UC trends and technologies

• Support lead generation through OEM partnerships and trainings

• Manage RFP/RFI responses and maintain opportunity records

What You’ll Bring to the Role

• Total Experience: 10+ years in AV/UC architecture and consulting

• Education: B.Tech or equivalent technical degree

• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

• Collaborative mindset and team coordination abilities

Preferred Certifications

• AVIXA Certifications: CTS, CTS-D, or CTS-I

• OEM Certifications: Logitech, Bosch, Crestron, Extron, Jabra, Polycom, etc.

Technical Expertise

• Proficiency in AV/UC systems: DSPs, microphones, amplifiers, control systems, displays

• Familiarity with brands: Bosch, TOA, JBL, Logitech, Crestron, Extron, Polycom, Jabra, AMX

• Experience in integration, configuration, and system programming
