Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure, mainly AWS.

• Work closely with the software engineering team to define infrastructure and deployment requirements.

• Provision, configure, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure.

• Automate infrastructure with Terraform.

• Manage Linux-based systems and implement fixes for vulnerabilities.

• Monitor and analyze infrastructure and systems for security threats, performance issues, and take proactive actions.

Qualifications:

Must Have:

• 3-5 years of experience building and maintaining AWS infrastructure for high-volume web applications.

• Experience with multi-tier architectures: load balancers, caching, web servers, application servers, databases, and networking.

• Experience with AWS CLI tools and APIs.

• Strong understanding of how to secure AWS environments and knowledge of AWS best practices.

• Good grasp of AWS VPC and networking, along with Linux system administration.

• Experience with CI/CD tools and implementing deployment automation.

• Experience with Docker, Git, Github Actions/webhooks, Redis cluster, Postgres, Nginx, and managing applications on AWS.

• Expertise in scripting languages.

• Good grasp of at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Ruby).

• Good understanding of Jenkins and Terraform.

• Computer Science Degree or equivalent.

Good to Have:

• AWS certifications.

• Experience in managing high-volume Ruby on Rails & ReactJS applications.

• Good written and verbal communication skills (English).
