Role Overview:

As a Clinical / Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for the creation, development, and delivery of clinical training programs for Vue PACS and ISPACS across multiple global markets. This includes both virtual and in-person delivery, working closely with internal teams, subject matter experts, and Philips customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Vue PACS and ISPACS training courses virtually and in-person across various global markets

• Create and update course content, training materials, and assessments

• Modify master training environments to align with course delivery needs

• Collaborate with senior learning specialists and business units to enhance course relevance

• Coordinate with Global Learning Services to update calendars and manage internal training logistics

• Make necessary updates in the Learning Management System (LMS)

• Engage with SMEs to extract accurate content and feedback

• Assist in the creation of student and instructor training guides

• Contribute to internal customer training plans

You Will Be Part Of:

A diverse and collaborative Global Learning Services team, working at the intersection of innovation and education, dedicated to delivering high-impact training experiences.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

???? Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

???? Experience:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience with Philips PACS systems including Vue PACS

• Experience with clinical training delivery (preferred)

???? Technical & Professional Skills:

• Strong knowledge of GoTo Training, Zoom, and LMS platforms

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Working toward or obtained CTT+ / VCTT+ certifications

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of working with cross-cultural teams

• Bonus: Experience in mammography is a plus
