Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Engineer with at least 1 year of experience. The role involves data entry, maintaining accurate records, and direct communication with clients to provide support and ensure satisfaction. Candidates with experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry and keep information up to date in internal systems.
• Communicate with clients to address and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely follow-ups.
• Maintain clear documentation of support activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in basic office tools (e.g., Excel, Word).
• Prior experience in the semiconductor industry is an advantage.
