About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Advanced Insight Analyst to join our Analytics team. This role is a unique blend of analysis and engineering, perfect for someone who enjoys working with complex datasets, solving real-world business problems, and building scalable, sustainable solutions.

Whether you're a data-savvy analyst ready to dive deeper into technical problem-solving, or an engineer eager to build a stronger foundation in analytics—this role is designed to support your growth in both disciplines.

What You'll Do on a Typical Day

• Develop Diverse Technical Skills: Gain experience across analytics, data science, and engineering to build a well-rounded technical foundation.

• Collaborate with Experts: Work closely with analysts, engineers, and scientists, learning tools and best practices from each field.

• Engage with Global Stakeholders: Interact with stakeholders around the world to solve a wide range of business challenges.

• Take on Multidisciplinary Projects: Lead or contribute to projects that blend data science, analysis, and engineering.

• Build Scalable Data Products: Help develop and improve large-scale, sustainable data products that solve real business needs.

• Apply Modern Development Practices: Utilize Agile methodologies, Git version control, CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud computing.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, Engineer, Analyst, or a similar role.

• Strong skills in analyzing large datasets and delivering actionable insights.

• Proven ability to deconstruct complex problems and approach solutions systematically.

• Comfort working with data integrity and quality assurance processes.

• Advanced proficiency in SQL—capable of writing and optimizing complex queries for scale and performance.

• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.

• Ability to persist through debugging and reworking large sections of code with a problem-solving mindset.

• Strategic thinking that accounts for downstream impact and overall system sustainability.

• Capacity to balance short-term efficiency with long-term solution durability.

• Willingness to work EMEA shifts.
