About the Role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer II (Automation) who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a deep passion for automation, cloud infrastructure, and continuous improvement. You will be instrumental in ensuring our gaming platforms are reliable, secure, and high-performing across cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

???? Coding & Automation

• Develop automation frameworks and scripts using Python (must), C#, Java, Perl, Ruby, SQL Server, NoSQL, and MySQL.

• Leverage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, and ARM templates.

☁️ Cloud Infrastructure Management

• Design, implement, and maintain multi-cloud environments (with emphasis on Google Cloud Platform).

• Ensure infrastructure scalability, availability, and security for cloud-hosted gaming applications.

???? CI/CD & Deployment

• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and ArgoCD.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to create fault-tolerant deployment architectures.

???? Monitoring & Incident Management

• Set up and enhance alerting systems using Grafana, Prometheus, and other APM tools.

• Participate in on-call rotations, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive solutions.

???? Security & Compliance

• Apply DevSecOps best practices to ensure compliance with security standards.

• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.

???? Documentation & Collaboration

• Document system architecture, automation scripts, and standard operating procedures.

• Work closely with engineering and product teams to continuously enhance reliability and performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• 2+ years of experience in DevOps with expertise in GCP Cloud Infrastructure.

• Proficiency in Python (must); knowledge of Golang or Shell scripting is a plus.

• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.

• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet for infrastructure automation.

• Proficient in system monitoring, incident management, and performance tuning.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially under pressure.
