Job Description:

Albedo Educator is seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver personalized, one-on-one instruction that supports academic excellence and drives student growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customized, one-on-one teaching sessions tailored to each student's learning style, pace, and goals.

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that challenge students across a variety of subjects.

• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies for continuous improvement and mastery.

• Use innovative teaching methods and technologies to enhance the learning experience.

• Stay up-to-date with educational best practices and incorporate new techniques to improve teaching effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Compensation:

• Pay: ₹200.00 - ₹250.00 per hour.

Work Schedule:

• Expected hours: 5 hours per week.
