About the Role:

As a Health System Account Liaison, you will support the Field Sales/Account Management team in delivering the highest quality experience to our healthcare system customers. This entry-level position involves regular interaction with key pharmacy personnel (Directors, Buyers, and Staff) to execute on our customer roadmap and address/resolution of critical client concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the key contact for health system pharmacy personnel.

• Support field sales efforts through customer relationship management.

• Address and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.

• Maintain clear, ongoing communication with internal stakeholders and customers.

• Execute customer roadmap strategies with guidance from account leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.

Critical Skills:

• Ability to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.

• Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical distribution.

• Self-motivated with a strong customer service orientation.

• Comfortable operating in dynamic, fast-changing environments.

Working Conditions:

• Majority of the role involves computer-based work.

• Frequent on-the-road travel to client sites.
