Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Operations Oversight: Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.

• Strategy Development: Develop and implement financial strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate financial statements, including balance sheets and P&L reports.

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and internal controls.

• Audit Management: Manage audits by liaising with auditors and ensuring timely completion of audits.

• Team Supervision: Supervise and guide the finance team to ensure accurate records and transactions are maintained.

• Expense Management: Monitor and control company-wide expenses to ensure alignment with budgetary goals.

• Financial Policies: Establish and implement financial policies and procedures to streamline operations.

• Management Collaboration: Provide insights and recommendations to the management team regarding financial performance, risks, and growth opportunities.

• Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to optimize financial planning and decision-making.

• Banking Relationships: Manage banking relationships, payments, and financial negotiations.

Education and Qualifications:

• Preferred Education: Master’s Degree (in Finance, Accounting, or related field).
