As a Lead Software Development Engineer, you will work across the end-to-end software development lifecycle, utilizing modern software development practices to define, design, build, test, and deliver software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, ensuring project success through strategic planning, problem-solving, and innovation.
✔ End-to-End Software Development: Deliver technical solutions for multiple products or complex projects.
✔ Problem Solving: Solve highly complex technical issues with minimal guidance.
✔ Software Design & Development: Design, develop, and test software systems and applications.
✔ Code Implementation: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable C#/.NET Core/.NET code.
✔ Project Execution: Deliver software features with exceptional quality, meeting release plans and timelines.
✔ Documentation: Develop flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and technical documentation.
✔ Process Optimization: Conduct systems analysis and recommend policy and procedure enhancements.
✔ Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to stakeholders.
✔ Break Down Requirements: Analyze customer requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for the team.
???? Experience: 11+ years in software development.
???? Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related field.
