Position Overview

As a Maintenance Services Representative (MSR), you will provide full line maintenance services for IFEC systems and other aircraft equipment. The position requires troubleshooting, repairs, and client interaction — ensuring optimal system functionality and customer satisfaction.

Note: This role is hired through an Employer of Record (EOR) arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

✈️ Aircraft Maintenance & IFEC Systems

• Perform and oversee maintenance of aircraft IFEC systems and ensure functionality.

• Troubleshoot and resolve system failures (LRUs, cabling, etc.).

• Conduct component replacements, inspections, and post-rectification tests.

• Perform routine checks (transit, maintenance, cabin sweep).

• Rectify defects on aircraft systems, including airframe and engine.

• Certify work performed as per company and airline regulations.

• Communicate with airline customers and maintain strong working relationships.

???? Administrative Duties

• Complete aircraft and Panasonic maintenance documentation.

• Manage inventory, including cycle counts, packaging, and shipping.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

• Perform other assigned tasks as required.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Valid aircraft license/authority to certify maintenance on aircraft systems.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in full aircraft maintenance (3 years of certification privileges preferred).

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic Linux skills.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Team player with mentoring capability.

Essential Technical Experience

• Troubleshooting LRUs and verifying functionality.

• Using diagnostic tools and techniques effectively.

• Performing refueling, oil uplifts, brake/wheel changes.

• Conducting airframe/engine checks and defect rectification.

• Aircraft pushback operations.

Additional Requirements

• Legal right to work in India (citizenship, visa, or permit).

• Ability to pass security and background checks.

• Valid driver’s license and airport vehicle access eligibility.

• Willingness to travel (domestic/international) up to 25%.

• Physically able to work in extreme environments and confined spaces.

• Availability for 24/7 rotating shifts including holidays.
