About the Role:

As a Placement Manager (Corporate Relations), your key responsibility will be to drive the initiatives of IPL’s Career Assistance Platform (CAP), supporting professionals in shaping and accelerating their careers. CAP is an integrated platform that regularly hosts hiring events and networking opportunities to connect alumni and corporate professionals with potential employers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, talent recruiters, and hiring managers in the Product and Data industries.

• Research and develop search strategies to identify leadership opportunities in target companies.

• Match candidates (IPLites) with appropriate career opportunities based on their individual goals.

• Plan and execute executive networking and talent showcase events to foster hiring connections.

• Support IPLites with personalized career strategies and engagement via IPL’s talent platforms.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote CAP initiatives and success stories.

• Ensure smooth planning, communication, and execution of CAP-related events and initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in Corporate Relations, Campus Placement, or Talent Engagement.

• Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to navigate corporate hiring ecosystems and executive networks.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM tools.

• Experience in planning and executing events.

• A team player with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
