What You Will Do

• Mobile App Development:
  Create engaging product experiences for iOS and Android that delight and empower doctors, enhancing their experience with health IT systems.

• Native Development Expertise:
  You will have equal proficiency in iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java) development, and be hands-on in writing, testing, and deploying code.

• Collaboration:
  Work closely with the product, design, and operations teams to build the best product and provide ongoing support.

• DevOps Friendly:
  Write and deploy your code, maintaining continuous integration and delivery practices.

• Impactful Product Creation:
  Focus on reducing the administrative burden for doctors, contributing directly to making their work lives easier.

What We Are Looking For

• Expertise in Development:
  Proficiency in iOS and Android development SDKs (Xcode & Android Studio). Experience with Swift and Kotlin is a plus.

• Testing Tools:
  Hands-on experience with testing tools like XCUITest, XCTest, Espresso, etc.

• App Shipping Experience:
  Proven track record of shipping apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. At least 1+ apps listed on either or both stores is required.

• Large-Scale Applications:
  Experience working with large-scale distributed applications.

• Work Experience:
  4+ years of work experience in mobile development.

• DevOps Experience:
  Familiarity with DevOps practices is a plus.

• CS Fundamentals:
  A solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and design principles.

• Degree (Preferred but not necessary):
  Any formal degree is preferred but not essential.
