₹32,396.13 – ₹90,588.51 per month

Schedule:

• Rotational shift

• Night shift

• Evening shift

• Fixed shift

• 5 days working with 2 rotational weekly offs

• Any 9-hour working shift (including night shift)

About the Role:

We’re building a non-traditional, Agile-focused support team that transcends the typical tiered model. This position involves deep technical problem-solving, real-time customer support, and collaborative troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

???? Network Support:

• Support all Network & OS product lines.

• Troubleshoot complex networking issues and product-related concerns.

• Handle Tier 1 escalation cases with full ownership.

• Collaborate with product development teams for resolution.

• Perform lab recreates and suggest mitigation strategies.

???? Technical Analysis:

• Use tools like Wireshark, tcpdump, and other utilities to resolve intricate issues.

• Analyze trends to identify high-touch recurring issues.

???? Knowledge Sharing:

• Mentor Tier 1 support team on complex scenarios.

• Stay updated with latest tech and features.

• Contribute to Knowledge Base articles and support documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

✅ Must-Have:

• 1+ years of experience OR freshers with strong networking skills.

• In-depth knowledge of:

  • TCP/IP, OSI Model, DHCP, DNS, NAT/PAT, IPv4/IPv6, VPN, VLANs

  • Networking protocols (ARP, ICMP, IEEE standards including 802.1Q, 802.3af/at/bt)

• Familiarity with Wireshark, Ping, Traceroute, etc.

• Excellent English communication skills (Minimum 9/10 proficiency)

• Strong analytical, triage, and customer service capabilities.

???? Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's/Graduate degree in Engineering, IT, or Computer Science

• Networking certifications are a plus
