We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Accountant to support one of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

???? Cash Flow Management

• Monitor daily cash balances

• Forecast cash requirements

• Ensure sufficient liquidity for business operations

???? Financial Analysis

• Conduct variance analysis

• Identify financial trends

• Provide actionable financial insights for strategic decision-making

???? Invoicing

• Manage end-to-end invoicing processes

• Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of client billing

???? Bookkeeping

• Maintain daily financial transactions

• Ensure ledgers are accurate and up to date using Xero

???? Xero Expertise

• Utilize advanced features of Xero for:

  • Reconciliation

  • Financial reporting

  • Automation of accounting tasks

???? SOPs & Documentation

• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• Document internal finance processes for consistency and transparency

???? End-of-Month Reporting

• Prepare month-end reports including:

  • Profit & Loss Statements

  • Balance Sheets

  • Cash Flow Statements
