About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing performance testing strategies to ensure the scalability, reliability, and stability of our software applications.

You will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to identify performance requirements and validate system performance under various conditions.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Collaboration & Planning: Work with cross-functional teams to understand performance requirements and define comprehensive test plans.
✔ Test Design & Execution: Develop and implement performance test scripts and workload models based on application usage patterns.
✔ Performance Analysis: Execute performance tests, analyze results, and identify performance bottlenecks and scalability issues.
✔ Reporting & Documentation: Prepare detailed performance test reports, including findings, recommendations, and insights for optimization.
✔ Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance performance testing processes, tools, and methodologies. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
✔ Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to discuss test results, risks, and recommendations. Participate in project meetings and provide expertise on performance-related matters.

Requirements

✔ Experience: Minimum 5 years in performance testing and engineering.
✔ Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience with performance testing tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, Gatling, or similar.
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript).
• Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
• Experience in analyzing application performance metrics and identifying performance bottlenecks.
• Knowledge of web technologies, APIs, databases, and distributed system architecture.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work in a fast-paced environment.
