Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced part-time Mathematics Teacher for Class 11 and 12 to join our growing educator community on a revenue-sharing model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Mathematics to Class 11 and 12 students via hybrid classes from our studio at Maligaon.
• Deliver high-quality, syllabus-aligned, engaging lessons with conceptual clarity.
• Maintain regularity and discipline in your scheduled classes.
• Ensure timely syllabus completion.
• Uphold the highest standards of academic integrity and teaching excellence.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Master’s Degree in the subject you are applying for (Mathematics).
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience for Class 11 or 12 in a formal setup (school, coaching institute, or online platform).
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage students online.
• Familiarity with digital tools for teaching is preferred.

Compensation:

• Revenue Sharing Model – No fixed salary.
• 50% of the total admission revenue for your subject/class will be shared with you.
• Gyan Panda will handle all marketing, sales, administration, technology, servers, and support – so you focus solely on teaching.
