Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify & Solve Issues:

  • Identify potential issues and integrate possible solutions.

• Subject Matter Expertise:

  • Serve as the team’s technical subject matter expert and technical escalation resource.

• Root Cause Analysis:

  • Conduct high-level root-cause analysis for service interruptions and establish preventive measures.

• Report Creation:

  • Create detailed reports and documentation outlining findings and solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry or related fields.

• Education:

  • M.Sc. in Physics or equivalent.

• Skills:

  • Excellent analytical skills and a systematic approach.

  • Great attention to detail and a results-driven approach.

• New Delhi & Mohali
