Job Purpose:

To deliver and execute assigned projects or work packages on time, maintaining high standards in quality, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. The role involves technical design, coordination, implementation, and support for customer solutions, as well as coaching and mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Implementation:

• Design and implement complex system requirements or analyze existing systems for optimization.

• Define system specifications, processes, and hardware/software compatibility.

• Coordinate subsystem design and integration of complete systems.

Execution & Delivery:

• Complete assigned project tasks with high efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Ensure deliverables meet all technical and procedural standards.

• Collaborate with technical leads to ensure customer acceptance.

Support & Optimization:

• Support technical issue resolution and suggest corrective actions.

• Use reusable standard products to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.

• Identify and mitigate technical risks in project delivery.

• Contribute to cost reduction through process and manufacturing improvement.

Team Collaboration:

• Support and mentor Project Engineers.

• Work closely with Team Leads to enhance team capabilities.

• Ensure the team adheres to RA engineering standards and delivery procedures.

Requirements:

• A degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

• Strong knowledge in system design, integration, and implementation.

• Experience in project lifecycle management and risk mitigation.

• Capability to coach junior engineers and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
