Job Description

Experience Required:

✔ 5+ years of experience in Python development
✔ Strong expertise in core Python programming
✔ Experience in unit testing and integration testing

Technical Skills:

???? Python & APIs:

• Strong Python programming skills
• Experience with Flask, Pandas, multiprocessing, and multithreading
• Hands-on experience in building REST APIs

???? Databases:

• Strong knowledge of SQL
• Experience with Snowflake DB (DDL, DML, CTE, stored procedures, storage integration)
• Experience with NoSQL databases

???? Cloud & DevOps:

• Experience with AWS services (Lambda, S3, EMR, Snowflake, ALB)
• Knowledge of cloud development best practices

???? Software Development Practices:

• Strong knowledge of unit test frameworks (pytest)
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and ORMs
• Experience with version control tools (Git)

Key Responsibilities

✔ Design, develop, and maintain reusable and secure Python code
✔ Work with Flask and RESTful APIs for backend development
✔ Optimize data processing using Pandas, multiprocessing, and multithreading
✔ Develop and manage database queries in SQL and NoSQL environments
✔ Implement and maintain unit and integration tests using pytest
✔ Work with AWS cloud services such as Lambda and S3 for scalable solutions
✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software
✔ Follow best coding practices and contribute to code reviews and optimizations
