Pay: ₹22,000 – ₹28,000 per month

Job Brief:

We’re looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Engineer to ensure the safety and quality of our products and processes. In this role, you’ll conduct inspections, enforce quality control, and collaborate with teams to drive continuous improvement and exceed customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong engineering background, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for delivering quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define guidelines and quality standards for inspections

• Update the Quality Management System (QMS) with incidents, improvements, and fixes

• Audit systems per ISO 9001:2015 standards

• Determine and monitor quality metrics for manufacturing procedures

• Perform regular production tests to detect malfunctions early

• Inspect materials and systems for defects and durability

• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues; recommend solutions

• Prepare reports on defects and corrective actions

• Review blueprints and documentation for compliance

• Set and track QA goals (e.g., reduce quality check time by 20%)

• Coordinate with external QA auditors for legal compliance

• Work with internal teams to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a Quality Engineer or similar role

• Strong hands-on experience with QMS and testing methodologies

• In-depth knowledge of technical documentation and statistical analysis

• Strong attention to detail and analytical/problem-solving skills

• Team player with good communication skills

• Education: BSc in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or a relevant field

• Additional QA certifications are a plus
