About the Role

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our Salesforce Engineering Team. This role involves working with a cross-functional team to address strategic business requirements related to CRM and internal systems. You'll build custom Salesforce solutions and integrations, impacting teams such as Global Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, IT, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce apps, including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, metadata, flows, and custom objects.

• Collaborate with the product team to translate business needs into robust technical designs.

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices.

• Conduct unit, integration, and UAT testing for high-quality deliverables.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and minimize disruption to business operations.

• Stay updated with Salesforce platform releases and new features.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development (Lightning Components, Apex, Asynchronous Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL).

• 3+ years working with Salesforce APIs and Web Services (REST/SOAP).

• 2+ years with integration tools (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft).

• 1+ year developing APIs/microservices in Java or C#.

• Strong experience with relational databases (SQL, SOQL, Postgres, Oracle).

• Experience with Salesforce Streaming API, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and Event-Driven Architecture.

• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, and AppExchange.

• Familiarity with Salesforce declarative tools: Flows, Process Builder, Workflows.

• Solid foundation in OOP, RDBMS principles, and data modeling.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a sense of ownership.

Nice to Have

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I & II, App Builder).

• Experience with Salesforce AI tools like Einstein Bots, Copilot, or Service Agent.

• Familiarity with source control (GitHub, GitLab, GearSet), CI/CD, and release management tools.

• Experience maintaining CRM data hygiene using Data Loader, Demand Tools, etc.
