Full job description

As a School Counselor, you will play a key role in supporting children's mental health and well-being through assessments, interventions, and school workshops.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Assessments & Counseling: Conduct evaluations, create intervention plans, and provide counseling.

✔ Training & Support: Guide teachers on assessment techniques.

✔ Referral Services: Connect students with specialized support when needed.

✔ Compliance & Reporting: Ensure reports align with India’s school board requirements.

✔ Academic Guidance: Assist students with course selection, study habits, and exam preparation.

✔ Workshops: Conduct sessions on stress management, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.

✔ Behavior Management: Develop and implement customized behavior plans.

Requirements

✅ Education: MA/M.Sc in Psychology or related field.

✅ Experience: Minimum 1-2 years as a clinical psychologist or school counselor.

✅ Expertise: Understanding of India’s school board requirements and mental health challenges in children.

✅ Languages: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu.

✅ Skills: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
