Key Responsibilities:

• Validate vendor invoices in VIM (SAP OpenText)

• Handle invoice exceptions (PO and Non-PO) that don’t meet 3-way match/VIM criteria

• Manage vendor and intercompany payments for respective MT units

• Book freight invoices in non-SAP systems

• Communicate with vendors via email to resolve discrepancies

• Achieve defined productivity and quality benchmarks

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field

Technical Skills:

• 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Payable processes

• Hands-on experience with SAP (MIRO/FB60/VIM)

• Familiarity with FBL1N for vendor account analysis

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Soft Skills:

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills

• Strong understanding of process optimization and productivity improvement
