Job Overview

Menlo Security is seeking skilled engineers to join our Indian Web Isolation Team. You will be responsible for the technical leadership of the team, which extends and supports our top-tier remote program technology on both desktop and mobile platforms. This technology serves millions of users on Menlo’s global cloud.

Key tasks will include working on areas like Chromium internals, networking, video/audio, advanced HTML5 features, containerization, load balancing, scaling, and cost-saving—all with a strong security focus. Our Web Isolation Team is highly capable and collaborative, with a strong design and code review culture. We encourage applicants with deep systems-level experience in non-programming technology areas to apply if they feel their skills can be applied to new challenges.

What You’ll Need

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong C++ skills.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
• Solid networking fundamentals.
• Systems-level experience with Linux.
• Ability to write clean, concise, and efficient code.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, aggressive attitude with a strong ability to learn new things.
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and documentation.
• BSc or higher in Computer Science or related field.

Highly Desirable Skills

• Experience implementing and maintaining features in Chromium or other browser platforms at various layers (content, browser, core, printer, skia, and networking).
• In-depth knowledge of HTTP security.
• Familiarity with Cyclone, HAProxy, Amazon AWS, Google GCP, WebGL, WebRTC, Redis.
