The Role

We are seeking engineers with grit and vision to:

• Expand Coverage: Build cutting-edge infrastructure to support over 50 destinations, enabling 10x growth.

• Automate Workflows: Fully automate the visa workflow to maintain service-level agreements (SLA) of under 60 seconds.

• Enhance Efficiency: Build systems to reduce customer support volume to below 3%.

We interact with customers daily, ship code several times a day, and measure every interaction meticulously.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience: 4+ years as an iOS Development Engineer in a technology company

• Technical Skills:

  • Proven experience with SwiftUI and Xcode

  • Experience working with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications with backend services

  • Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and disciplined use of version control (preferably Git)

• Mindset & Approach:

  • Collaborative team player who works well across engineering and functional teams

  • Passionate about delivering high-quality, reliable, and maintainable code

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to technical excellence

  • Experience with test-driven development and pair programming

  • Flexible, with a willingness to learn new technologies and make pragmatic tradeoffs
