Candidate Profile

We are looking for a PHP Developer with 2-5 years of experience and sound knowledge in the following areas:

• Understanding of MVC design patterns and frameworks.

• Front-end development including jQuery, Ajax, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and Bootstrap.

• Experience in Open Cart/CI/Cake PHP is an added advantage.

• Proficiency in object-oriented programming (OOP) and modular programming.

• Commercial experience in browser-based application development and/or software development.

• Fluent in MySQL/Oracle based development.

• Experience in making responsive designs.

• Consumed and built Web Services – SOAP/REST, XML/JSON based integration.

• Exposure to building Distributed Highly Available Systems.

• Experience with open-source technologies is a plus.

• Knowledge of cloud-enabled services and applications is a plus.

• Experience with all aspects of the software development lifecycle. Knowledge of DevOps methodologies is a plus.

Job Description

• Mentor a team of engineers, including task planning and code reviews.

• Contribute hands-on coding and participate in code reviews.

• Work closely with Business Teams and other Engineering Partners to ensure we are building the best solutions.

• Participate in the design of components and workflows.

• Collaborate with architects and Platform Engineering to ensure designs align with overall SOA, application architecture standards, and practices.

• Solve all problems that come your way.
