Job Requirements

1. Expert-level knowledge of Core Java (JDK 1.8+), including advanced concepts such as design patterns, collection framework, and garbage collection.

2. Strong understanding of Java Concurrency (multi-threading, locking, synchronization-free concurrency implementation, and concurrency patterns).

3. Hands-on experience in designing and developing Java EE applications.

4. Familiarity with JBOSS, WebLogic, and WebSphere application servers.

5. In-depth knowledge of Java/JEE internals: Classloading, memory management, and transaction management.

6. Experience in software product development with strong problem-solving abilities.

7. Proficiency in relational databases such as MySQL and Oracle, and ORM frameworks like Hibernate.

8. Experience in Agile and Scrum development methodologies.

9. Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving software issues.

10. Proficient in developing APIs and working with service-oriented architectures (SOAP/REST).

11. Sound understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

12. Familiarity with Java GUI frameworks (e.g., Swing, SWT, AWT) as required by the project.

13. Strong team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

1. Design, develop, and implement web-based Java applications aligned with business needs.

2. Write clean, testable, and efficient code.

3. Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure compliance with technical specifications.

4. Resolve technical issues through effective debugging and research.

5. Deliver high-quality software solutions in a timely manner.

6. Integrate scanner support within applications.

7. Interact with clients to gather and understand business requirements.

8. Gain a deep understanding of the product from both functional and technical perspectives.

9. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance job performance and product value.
