Job Description:

We are looking for an expert JavaScript Developer with extensive experience in Vue.js. As part of our development team, your primary focus will be building user-facing web applications and components. You will follow best practices and workflows to implement these features, ensuring the production of secure, modular, and maintainable code. Collaboration with other team members such as back-end developers and UX/UI designers will be essential.

Responsibilities:

• Develop user-facing applications using Vue.js and React.js.

• Build modular and reusable components and libraries.

• Optimize applications for performance.

• Implement automated testing as part of the development and maintenance workflows.

• Stay updated with the latest developments in JavaScript.

• Keep an eye on security updates and issues with Vue.js and project dependencies.

• Propose necessary upgrades and updates to maintain modern security and development best practices.

Skills Required:

• Highly proficient in JavaScript (ES6+ syntax and features).

• Expertise with Vue.js / React.js framework and core principles like components, reactivity, and the virtual DOM.

• Familiarity with the Vue.js ecosystem, including Vue CLI, Vuex, Vue Router, and Nuxt.js.

• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and preprocessors like Sass, Stylus, or Less.

• Understanding of server-side rendering and its benefits and use cases.

• Knowledge of functional programming and object-oriented programming paradigms.

• Ability to write efficient, secure, well-documented, and clean JavaScript code.

• Familiarity with automated JavaScript testing, especially frameworks like Jest or Mocha.

• Proficiency with modern development tools like Babel, Webpack, and Git.

• Experience with designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
