What You’ll Do

• Understand customer requirements and business challenges to design viable technical solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build convincing value propositions.

• Design system architecture and create relevant diagrams for proposed solutions.

• Build prototype applications to support complex business use cases and demos.

• Draft technical documentation and provide mentorship to team members.

• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for product feature discussions with PM teams.

• Facilitate smooth project initiation by clarifying technical details and resolving discrepancies during handovers.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have:

• 2+ years of hands-on coding experience with Java or NodeJS

• Minimum 1+ year of Java experience (Mandatory)

• Solid experience building scalable applications

• Strong grasp of system design and architecture

• Proven ability to deliver low-latency, high-concurrency products

• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS

• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and distributed storage systems

• Experience with Redis or other in-memory storage solutions

• Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments

• Knowledge of container technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, ECS

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in socket programming, game development, or messenger apps

• Understanding of stateful matching, maintaining/recovering state in distributed systems

• Familiarity with zero-downtime deployment techniques in distributed environments
