This role involves developing scalable, high-performance solutions that optimize financial advisor workflows and enhance the investor experience.

As a Software Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement features, ensuring engineering excellence while aligning with business objectives. This is a great opportunity to work with modern technologies, including cloud-native services like Azure, .NET Core, and relational/non-relational databases in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Design, develop, and implement new and existing product features with a focus on scalability and performance.
✔ Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best engineering practices.
✔ Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure accuracy, functionality, and performance.
✔ Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
✔ Optimize system performance and scalability for enhanced efficiency.
✔ Document code changes and ensure alignment with architectural guidelines.
✔ Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
✔ Work closely with senior engineers and lead developers to support architectural and governance improvements.
✔ Maintain technical documentation for clarity and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications & Skills Required

Education & Experience:

???? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
???? 2-4 years of professional experience in software development.

Technical Skills:

???? Backend Development:

• Strong experience in .NET Framework/.NET Core for API development.
• Deep understanding of RESTful API principles.

???? Cloud & Databases:

• Experience in developing cloud-native applications using Azure.
• Proficiency in SQL databases (relational) and familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., RavenDB, Cosmos DB).

???? Frontend Development (Preferred):

• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Vue.js, React, or Angular is a plus.

???? Software Development Practices:

• Strong knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and SOLID principles.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and their integration into development workflows.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

???? Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on writing clean and efficient code.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
• Self-motivated and passionate about learning new technologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
