What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a Software Engineer who will be responsible for leading the technical team in managing end-to-end project delivery. This includes understanding customer requirements, developing software, managing overall project aspects, and ensuring customer delivery and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical team and manage end-to-end project delivery.

• Understand customer requirements and develop software solutions.

• Conduct technical meetings & discussions with clients with minimal supervision.

• Provide superior technical architecture guidance to the technical team.

• Mentor junior developers and provide support in their growth.

• Ensure scalability by understanding basic design principles behind applications.

• Work with Telegram APIs and implement related features.

• Manage the project delivery and ensure client satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of hands-on software development experience in Java/J2EE technologies.

• Strong understanding of Design Patterns, Data Structures, and Algorithms.

• Strong experience with Java 8 or above, Spring Framework, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, WebSockets, and Redis.

• Experience in architecture and developing applications based on Microservices architecture.

• Knowledge of Multi-Thread programming, Servlet programming, and Server-Client communication modules.

• Proficiency in Application Servers like Tomcat or JBoss.

• Good knowledge of relational databases, especially MySQL or PostgreSQL.

• Experience working with Agile Software Development methodology.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) is an advantage.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Ability to work with minimal resources and supervision.

Must-Haves:

• AWS Cloud Infrastructure knowledge.
