Join our expert annotation team in creating training data for some of the world’s most advanced AI models. No previous AI experience is required—just strong JavaScript/React expertise. What You’ll Be Doing

• Evaluate AI-generated code and provide detailed feedback.

• Build and assess React components, hooks, and frontend solutions.

• Write functional, efficient JavaScript/React code and solve real-world coding challenges.

• Create test cases to verify functionality and performance.

• Write technical documentation and clear instructional content.

• Review and refine code written by AI models.

• Engage in projects ranging from code snippets to full mobile/web applications.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: ₹35,00,000 – ₹55,00,000 per year (based on location and experience).

• Hours: Flexible schedule; minimum 15 hours/week, no upper limit.

• Payment: Weekly, based on time spent on platform exercises.

• Contract Length: Long-term (expected 2 years); flexible opt-out anytime, 12-month commitment preferred.

Interview Process

1. Submit your application through the Ashby form.

2. Complete an async code review task (approx. 35 minutes).

3. Join a group call for onboarding questions.

4. Perform a simulated task on the RLHF platform (final evaluation).

We’re currently focused on hiring frontend engineers proficient in:

• JavaScript

• Modern web development tools/frameworks

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in frontend development/software engineering.

• Proficiency in JavaScript/React.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Strong technical writing and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Degree in Computer Science (B.Sc. or M.Sc.).

• Familiarity with:

  • Next.js, Vue, Angular

  • Testing tools (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)

  • State management (Redux, MobX, Context API)

  • TypeScript and frontend build tools

• Open-source/community contributions

• Passion for AI and teaching models via technical writing
