About the Role

Our Precision Xtract team is hiring a .NET Developer II to contribute to the next generation of our web applications. This is a fully remote opportunity, but applicants must reside in India (preferably Pune).

About You

✔ Strong background in full-stack .NET development for business applications.
✔ Experience in working with modern agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
✔ Ability to configure, update, and support client-facing healthcare applications.

Key Responsibilities

???? Application Development & Maintenance

• Configure and update client-facing applications based on business requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) guidelines.
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings for application operations and development.
• Follow established change management procedures across applications.
• Document and maintain standard operating procedures for application operations.

???? Collaboration & Process Improvement

• Work closely with the Application Development Team for smooth software releases.
• Set up new environments for implementation and configure Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Support the development of unit tests for regression testing.
• Measure key performance indicators (KPIs) such as bug density, test coverage, and sprint analysis.

???? Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Assist in issue identification, troubleshooting, and resolution.
• Conduct root cause analysis and coordinate issue resolution with Infrastructure Support Teams.
• Manage user communication and relationship management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

???? Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

???? Technical Skills:

• 2-4 years of experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
• Strong knowledge of GIT fundamentals and version control.
• Proficiency in SQL Server, Windows, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.
• Experience with Agile Development Lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Team Foundation Server (TFS), or Octopus Deploy.
• Experience in web application configuration and templating.

???? Preferred Skills:

• Azure hosting components experience.
• Exposure to Veeva or Salesforce platforms.
• Familiarity with React, Angular, and .NET Core.
• Working knowledge of EHR systems (Epic, Cerner) and healthcare standards (HL7, FHIR).
• Experience with workflow engines and message queue platforms.
