Role Overview

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and maintaining developer tools that ensure compliance with JSOX requirements, accessibility (a11y) best practices, and security vulnerability remediation. Our goal is to automate these processes using AI-driven solutions to minimize manual labor.

Key Responsibilities

???? Automate routine developer compliance tasks through innovative technologies
???? Play a key role in understanding our products and their interactions across multiple teams
???? Prototype new solutions and validate new ideas
???? Participate in code and design reviews across multiple teams to maintain high-quality standards
???? Optimize resource utilization by evaluating and updating existing code
???? Mentor junior engineers and support their professional development
???? Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other teams

Skills & Qualifications

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
✔ 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, handling large-scale systems
✔ Strong sense of ownership and responsibility in both technical and product domains
✔ Experience in developer tools and scalability challenges
✔ Solid understanding of computer fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms
