We are currently seeking Software Engineers who are excited about building innovative MarTech products and contributing to our growth journey.

Experience Required:

2–4 years

Role: Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new software products focused on the MarTech and HubSpot ecosystems

• Enhance and maintain existing products (e.g., HubSpot WhatsApp Integration, LitePics, GetBaaS)

• Work with modern and cutting-edge web technologies

• Collaborate with:

  • Technology Architect

  • Marketing Team

  • UI/Design Team

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong foundation in Data Structures and Algorithms

• Proficient in PHP, CodeIgniter, Laravel, and JavaScript

• Comfortable working on Linux, especially Ubuntu

• Experience with:

  • Building secure RESTful APIs

  • Storing data in relational databases

  • Managing complex JavaScript codebases with test suites

• Understanding of frontend technologies to integrate backend with UI

Non-Technical Skills Required:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to balance speed vs perfection

• Use of open source/software components to accelerate time-to-market

• Ability to develop fast MVPs by working closely with founders and marketing

• Contribute to all development stages:

  • Architecture

  • Low-level design

  • Database design

  • Deployment setup and process

• Product thinking – build robust and reusable integration components

• Strong team player mindset
