Job Overview:

We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical disciplines to join our team. This role involves resolving queries from students in the USA, managing online QA sessions, creating content for US textbooks, and engaging in various educational projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Query Resolution: Resolve queries posted by USA students.

• Portal Management & Online QA Sessions: Manage portals and conduct online QA sessions.

• Content Creation: Author content for US textbooks and engage in content review and fixing.

• Software Learning: Learn and use MathType and other software through Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions.

• Educational Development: Prepare learning objectives and engage in the development of new teaching methodologies.

• Content Engagement: Involve in content creation, review, and context fixing for US/Australian textbooks.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Open to freshers with no prior experience needed.

• Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical engineering is required.

• Software Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn new software (e.g., MathType).

• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with students and content review teams.

Compensation:

• Pay: ₹18,000 - ₹23,000 per month

Schedule:

• Shift:

  • Early Morning Shift: 04:00 AM - 01:00 PM (with 1 hour break)

  • Night Shift available

• Work Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Benefits:

• Shift Allowance and Yearly Bonus as supplemental pay.
